The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program at Kakarvitta Multiple Campus, affiliated with Tribhuvan University, is a four-year undergraduate degree designed to prepare competent, ethical, and professionally skilled educators.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission to the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program at Kakarvitta Multiple Campus is governed by the rules and regulations of Tribhuvan University.

Students are eligible to apply for the B.Ed. program if they meet any one of the following conditions:

  • Have completed 10+2 or equivalent examinations with a minimum ‘D+’ grade in all subjects of Grade 11 and 12, or

  • Have completed Higher Secondary Education Examination (HSEE / Grade 12), Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) of Tribhuvan University, or an equivalent qualification recognized by Tribhuvan University.

In addition to the above, students must fulfill subject-specific eligibility requirements for their chosen major specialization.

Subject-wise Eligibility for Major Specializations

Nepali Education

HSE / Grade 12 or PCL with Nepali as a major subject with at least 200 marks

English Education

Applicants must meet any one of the following:

  • HSE / Grade 12 or PCL with English or Linguistics as a major subject, or

  • HSE / Grade 12 or PCL with at least 50% marks in General English, or

  • Candidates without the above background must secure at least 50% marks in the Entrance Examination conducted by the respective department.

Population Education

HSE / Grade 12 or PCL with Population Studies, Geography, Economics, Health & Physical Education, Community Health, Science, Mathematics, Home Science, Civics, Social Service, Nursing, or Commerce
