Student Quality Circle (SQC)

The Student Quality Circle (SQC) is an integral unit of the teaching and learning program at Kakarvitta Multiple Campus. It is defined as a small, voluntary group of motivated students within the institution who work together to identify, analyze, and solve mutual problems using scientific tools.

Core Philosophy and Objectives

The SQC is established to transform student learning and mutual understanding while fulfilling the broader educational objectives of the campus. The primary goals of the committee are:

Self-Development: To develop the hidden potential, personality, and leadership qualities of students.
Quality Improvement: To improve the quality of the educational environment by identifying and resolving academic and administrative challenges.

Committee Structure and Formation

The SQC committee is formed annually, typically in the final week of Jestha. The structure ensures broad representation across the campus:

Coordination: The committee operates under the guidance of the Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) and Student Coordination Committee.
Student Representation: SQC members serve as student representatives in various campus committees and sub-committees.
Accountability: The SQC is directly accountable to the Campus Chief.

Planned Activities and Work Plan

The SQC operates according to a structured annual work plan to ensure consistent impact:

Interactive Discussions: Regular meetings between the SQC committee and the ECA committee to align goals.
Case Study Competitions: Organizing internal and inter-college case study presentations and competitions.
