विद्यार्थी अनुशासन र आचरण सम्बन्धी क्याम्पस प्रशासनको जरुरी सूचना

काँकरभिट्टा बहुमुखी क्याम्पस, मेचीनगर-६, झापामा अध्ययनरत सम्पूर्ण विद्यार्थी भाइबहिनीहरूका लागि क्याम्पसको प्राज्ञिक वातावरण, अनुशासन र आचरण कायम राख्न निम्न बुँदाहरूको अनिवार्य परिपालना गर्न यो सूचना जारी गरिएको छ।
क्याम्पस प्रशासनद्वारा घोषित मुख्य निर्देशनहरू निम्न अनुसार छन्:
अनिवार्य पालना गर्नुपर्ने नियमहरू
- तोकिएको पोशाक (Uniform) अनिवार्य: क्याम्पसले तोके अनुसारको पोशाक सम्पूर्ण विद्यार्थीहरूका लागि अनिवार्य गरिएको छ। यही मिति २०८३ साल असोज १२ गते (२८ सेप्टेम्बर २०२६) देखि तोकिएको पोशाक नलगाएका विद्यार्थीहरूलाई कक्षा प्रवेशको अनुमति दिइने छैन।
- समयपालना र नियमितता: सम्पूर्ण विद्यार्थीहरूले तोकिएको समयमै क्याम्पस आई कक्षामा हुने पठन-पाठनमा नियमित सहभागी हुनुपर्नेछ।
- विद्युत् बचतमा ध्यान: कक्षाकोठाबाट अन्तिममा निस्कने विद्यार्थीहरूले निस्कने क्रममा कक्षाकोठाको बिजुली बत्ती र पङ्खाको स्वीच अनिवार्य बन्द (Off) गर्नुपर्नेछ।
- बसकार्ड (Bus Card) नियम: आधिकारिक बसकार्ड नबनाएका विद्यार्थीहरूलाई क्याम्पस बस सेवा उपलब्ध गराइने छैन।
अनुशासित र मर्यादित क्याम्पस निर्माणका लागि सम्पूर्ण विद्यार्थी भाइबहिनीहरूबाट यी नियमहरूको पूर्ण पालना हुनेछ भन्नेमा क्याम्पस प्रशासन पूर्ण विश्वस्त छ।
Urgent Notice: Directives on Student Discipline, Dress Code, and Daily Conduct

Kakarvitta Multiple Campus officially issues this administrative directive to all enrolled students regarding campus decorum, uniform compliance, classroom energy conservation, and transport regulations.
To maintain an optimal academic environment and preserve institutional discipline, all students are strictly required to adhere to the following guidelines:
Key Directives on Code of Conduct
- Mandatory Uniform Rule: Wearing the prescribed campus uniform is strictly mandatory for all students. Effective from Ashwin 12, 2083 (28 September 2026), students who fail to wear the complete official uniform will NOT be permitted entry into their respective classrooms.
- Punctuality and Attendance: Students are instructed to report to campus on time and participate regularly in all scheduled daily lectures.
- Energy Conservation Responsibility: The last student leaving any classroom is officially responsible for turning off all electrical switches, lights, and ceiling fans to prevent energy waste.
- Strict Bus Card Requirement: Campus bus transportation services will NOT be provided to any student who has not obtained an official Bus Card.
Student Compliance Notice
Campus security personnel and discipline monitors will enforce the dress code directive strictly starting Ashwin 12, 2083. All students are advised to align with these campus regulations immediately.
