Kakarvitta Multiple Campus hereby notifies all regular students of BBS and B.Ed. Second Year that the window for examination form submission is now open.
Following the latest directive from Tribhuvan University (TU), the traditional physical form-filling process has been completely replaced by a mandatory online system. While TU expects students to fill these forms individually, the campus has acknowledged the technical difficulties faced by students in the past.
To ensure accuracy and ease for our students, the Campus Administration will handle the online form-filling process on your behalf. Students must visit the campus administration within the stipulated deadline to complete the necessary verification.
Important Dates:

Form Opening Date: Thursday, Bhadra 5, 2082

Form Closing Date: Wednesday, Bhadra 25, 2082
Warning: Students who fail to contact the campus administration and complete the formalities within these dates will not be allowed to participate in the examinations.
Required Procedures & Documentation:
To have your form processed by the campus, you must fulfill the following requirements:

Clearance of Dues: All outstanding campus fees, including monthly tuition and bus transportation fees, must be cleared in full.

Photograph: Provide a recent passport-sized photograph in official campus uniform. This must be sent via email to the official campus administration email address.

In-Person Verification: Visit the administration office to verify your subjects and personal details before the final submission.
