Official Notice: Summer Vacation and Administrative Operational Hours

Kakarvitta Multiple Campus officially informs all respected teachers, administrative staff, and students that the institution has structured its upcoming summer break in accordance with the annual academic calendar.

Please find the detailed schedule below regarding the temporary suspension of regular lectures, restricted administrative hours, and the full resumption timeline for all academic faculties.

1. Academic Summer Vacation Break

• Regular classes, lectures, and academic departments will remain suspended from Shrawan 4, 2083 to Shrawan 8, 2083.

2. Special Administrative Hours (New Admissions & Desk Operations)

To ensure that ongoing student services and enrollment pipelines remain completely uninterrupted during the summer break, the campus administrative office will remain partially open.

• Vacation Window Shift: 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily.

• Services Available: Submission of new admission application forms for the Bachelor’s First Year session, document verification, and critical administrative inquiries.

3. Full Academic and Administrative Resumption

The campus will return to its standard calendar schedule on Shrawan 11, 2083 (Monday).

• Full-day administrative departments will resume.

• Regular classes across all continuing academic levels will start at their standard times.
