Kakarvitta Multiple Campus (KMC) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a new campus bus, generously donated by the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, under the Nepal-India Development Partnership program.
Addressing Student Transportation Challenges
For a long time, KMC has been operating rented buses to facilitate students traveling from rural areas, particularly from the Bahundangi region. However, managing the high operational costs was becoming an increasing financial burden for the institution. Recognizing this challenge, the campus administration had been coordinating with the Indian Embassy for a grant-based vehicle.
Handover Details
The official handover took place on September 23, 2025 (Ashoj 07, 2082), at the Embassy of India in Kathmandu. The vehicle has now arrived at the campus premises.
