Kakarvitta Multiple Campus is proud to continue its tradition of supporting hardworking and underprivileged students. We are officially inviting applications for scholarships for the academic year 2082 from students who meet the institution’s eligibility criteria.
Application Guidelines & Requirements:
- Submission: Applications must be registered at the Campus Account Section. The application must include the parent’s signature and the student’s ID number.
- Internal Academic Record: A copy of the Mark Sheet from the most recent Internal Examination conducted by the campus for your respective class is mandatory.
- University Academic Record: A copy of the Mark Sheet from the latest TU Final Examination for your current level must be attached. First-year students must include their Class 12 Mark Sheet.
- Residency Preference: Students from outside the district will receive priority if they provide a Permanent Residency Recommendation from their respective local government (Rural Municipality/Municipality/Metropolitan).
- Previous Scholarships: Proof of any scholarships received in previous levels or classes should be submitted as supporting evidence.
- Extra-Curricular Achievements: Certificates of achievement or participation in sports and other extra-curricular activities will also be considered.
Selection Criteria:
Scholarships will be awarded based on the following primary factors:
- Participation and scores in Internal Examinations.
- Results from the previous year’s TU Final Examinations.
- Regularity in Class Attendance.
- Economic status and Family Income Sources.
- Special talents (e.g., excellence in Sports).
How to Apply:
Students can submit their applications through either of the following methods:
- Physical Submission: At the Campus Administration/Account Section.
- Online Submission: Fill out the digital form at https://kakarvittacampus.edu.np/scholarship-form.
Deadline: Applications must be registered by Friday, Chaitra 06, 2082, before 10:30 AM. Applications received after the deadline will not be processed.
