KMC Alumni Association
The Alumni Association of Kakarvitta Multiple Campus is governed by an Alumni Association Committee, formed and operated in accordance with the approved Procedures related to the Formation and Operation of the Alumni Association (2081).
The committee serves as the official representative body of alumni and supports structured coordination between alumni and the campus for academic, institutional, and quality enhancement activities.
Procedure for Formation of the Alumni Association Committee
The Alumni Association Committee is constituted through a transparent and systematic process, which includes:
Identification and registration of alumni of Kakarvitta Multiple Campus
Formation of an Alumni General Assembly from among registered alumni
Selection or nomination of committee members as prescribed by approved procedures
Inclusion of alumni representatives, faculty representatives, and campus administration as required
Approval and institutional oversight by the Campus Management Committee
This procedure ensures representation, accountability, and continuity in alumni engagement.
Tenure, Roles & Functioning
The Alumni Association Committee functions for a defined tenure as specified in institutional procedures
Committee meetings and activities are conducted in coordination with campus administration
The committee supports alumni engagement, tracer study activities, academic feedback, and student support initiatives
All activities are aligned with campus policies, quality assurance requirements, and institutional objectives
Authority & Accountability
The Alumni Association Committee functions under the authority of:
Campus Bidhan of Kakarvitta Multiple Campus
Approved Alumni Association Formation & Operation Procedure (2081)
Campus governance and quality assurance framework
The committee remains accountable to the Campus Management Committee.
4. Procedure for Submitting a Grievance
Grievances may be submitted through the official Contact Form available on the campus website.
While submitting a grievance, the complainant is advised to:
Clearly describe the issue or concern
Provide relevant details, dates, and supporting information (if any)
Submit accurate contact information for communication
Anonymous grievances may be reviewed at the discretion of the campus authority, depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue.
