Alumni General Assembly Concluded: Rescheduling of Committee Formation Due to Low Attendance

Official Update: Alumni Gathering Concluded; Executive Committee Reformation Rescheduled

The previously announced general assembly of the Kakarvitta Multiple Campus Alumni Association (पूर्व विद्यार्थी संगठन) was successfully conducted on Ashadh 27, 2083 (Saturday) at the Campus Assembly Hall.

While the primary agenda for the gathering was to dissolve the tenure-expired committee and elect a brand-new executive body, the formal reformation process has been officially rescheduled due to low student and graduate participation. To ensure a democratic, fully representative, and highly inclusive executive committee, the campus and the present members agreed that a wider turn-out of former students is absolutely necessary.

Key Discussion Metrics & Strategic Focus

Despite the lower attendance, the former students who gathered engaged in highly constructive, open-floor deliberations with the campus administration. The session centered around two foundational pillars:

  • Review of Institutional Progress: Present alumni reviewed the historical work progress, infrastructural milestones, and recent academic growth patterns of Kakarvitta Multiple Campus.

  • Future Frameworks and Contributions: Attendees engaged in deep brainstorming sessions to map out how the alumni network can offer structural, financial, and intellectual contributions back to their alma mater in the coming years.

📢 Notice to All Graduates:

The updated timeline and rescheduled date for the official election and formation of the new Alumni Executive Committee will be published via our official channels soon. All former batches are strongly urged to coordinate with their peers to ensure maximum participation in the upcoming rescheduled assembly.
