Campus Bus Service Fee Payment Deadline Extended
Kakarvitta Multiple Campus officially notifies all students utilizing the campus bus transportation service that the official deadline for paying the 8-month transport fee and collecting the mandatory Bus Card has been extended based on formal student requests.
To accommodate the student body and prevent any disruption to daily travel, the administration has revised the deadline and enforcement dates as outlined below:
Revised Transport Guidelines & Important Dates
Extended Payment Deadline: The initial payment deadline of Shrawan 31, 2083 (२०८३/०४/३१) has now been extended to Bhadra 5, 2083 (२०८३/०५/०५).
Payment Requirement: Students must clear the full 8-month lump-sum fee on or before Bhadra 5, 2083 to be eligible for an official Bus Card.
Revised Enforcement Date: Effective from Bhadra 8, 2083 (२०८३ भाद्र ८ गते), bus services will be strictly suspended for any student who has not cleared their fees or does not present a valid Bus Card upon boarding.
⚠️ Final Warning for Transport Users:
Students are strongly advised to visit the campus account section before the extended deadline of Bhadra 5, 2083 to complete their fee payments and secure their Bus Card. No further extensions will be granted after this date.
