Urgent Notice for All Campus Bus Users

Kakarvitta Multiple Campus officially notifies all students currently utilizing or planning to utilize the campus transport/bus service regarding revised fee collection structures, lump-sum payment guidelines, and mandatory Bus Card requirements for the upcoming academic period.

To streamline transportation logistics and ensure uninterrupted service, the campus administration has implemented the following mandatory directives:

Key Transport Rules & Directives

1. 8-Month Fee Structure: Students using the campus bus service are required to pay transport fees for a total of only 8 months per academic year.
2. Lump-Sum Payment Requirement: The full 8-month transport fee must be cleared in a single lump-sum payment (एकमुष्ट शुल्क) at the time of registration.
3. Mandatory Bus Card Issuance: An official, dedicated Bus Card (बसकार्ड) will be issued to students upon successful completion of the lump-sum fee payment.
4. No Service Without Bus Card: Campus bus transportation will NOT be provided to any student who has not obtained an official Bus Card.
5. Deadline for Fee Payment & Card Collection: Students wishing to utilize the transport facility must pay their 8-month fee and collect their Bus Card by Shrawan Manta, 2083 (२०८३ साउन मसान्त).
6. Strict Enforcement Date: Effective from Bhadra 1, 2083 (२०८३ भाद्र १ गते), students without an official Bus Card or unpaid transport fees will be strictly barred from boarding the campus buses.

All commuting students are strongly advised to visit the campus administration account section before the Shrawan end deadline to clear their dues and procure their Bus Card to avoid transportation disruptions.
