Kakarvitta Multiple Campus has issued an urgent notification (Notice No. 65/2082-083, dated Jestha 31, 2083) for all partial (back paper) students of BBS and B.Ed. Second Year regarding examination form submission. The examination form distribution opened on Baisakh 25, 2083 (Friday), and all eligible students must complete and submit their forms before the absolute deadline on Jestha 20, 2083 (Wednesday) during campus operational hours.
Required Documents and Instructions
- Passport Size Photographs: 2 copies (both ears must be clearly visible)
- Examination Form Fee: Rs. 900/-
- Ink Specification: The examination form must be filled out exclusively using black ink
- Academic Credentials: Students must state their symbol number, passed year, and division/grade obtained in SLC/SEE and NEB examinations
- Registration Number: TU Registration Number must be compulsorily filled in the form
- Previous Roll Number: Partial examinees must write their previous examination roll number clearly at the top section of the application form
Critical Note for 2074 Batch Students
- Final Opportunity: Students who enrolled in the 4-year bachelor’s program in 2074 B.S. and appeared for their first-year examinations for the first time in 2075 B.S. — this upcoming session represents your final attempt to clear second-year partial papers
- Urgency: Failure to submit the examination form by the deadline will result in losing this last opportunity
