Strategic Staff Meeting Successfully Concluded at Kakarvitta Multiple Campus

Kakarvitta Multiple Campus successfully concluded its comprehensive staff meeting held on 2083/01/13. The session was dedicated to the academic and administrative advancement of the institution, focusing on quality improvement and strategic development.

The meeting covered several critical agendas aimed at institutional growth:

  • Progress Review & Committee Updates: The faculty reviewed progress from previous meetings held on 2082/08/27 and 2082/12/20. Information regarding key decisions made by the Campus Management Committee between 2082/08/12 and 2083/01/04 was also shared.
  • Academic Evaluation: A detailed analysis and evaluation of the final examination results for BBS and B.Ed. Second Year students were conducted to identify areas for academic improvement.
  • Student Welfare & Scholarships: The board discussed the implementation of constructive feedback received during student interactions. Furthermore, essential decisions were made regarding scholarship recommendations for deserving and hardworking students.
  • Operational Management: Discussions were held to make the teaching schedule more systematic and effective. The meeting also reinforced the implementation and consistency of the official dress code for all teachers and staff members.
  • Research & Training: The faculty discussed the enhancement and publication of Research Articles authored by teachers. Notably, Mr. Yubraj Dahal and Mr. Yagya Prasad Dahal presented comprehensive reports on various training programs conducted recently.
  • Administrative Miscellaneous: New measures were discussed to streamline the leave application process. Additionally, the team reviewed student classroom attendance and deliberated on strategies to improve student engagement.
