Kakarvitta Multiple Campus (KMC) operates all its academic sessions during the morning shift. Consequently, our modern infrastructure, including classrooms, the assembly hall, and other facilities, are available for use during the afternoons and evenings.
KMC hereby invites interested individuals, firms, or organizations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the short-term or long-term leasing of these campus facilities.
Submission Guidelines:
Interested parties must submit a formal letter of intent (EOI) to the Campus Administration, clearly specifying:
- Target Infrastructure: Which specific facility you wish to lease (e.g., Assembly Hall, Classrooms, etc.).
- Purpose of Use: Detailed description of the intended activities (e.g., Training, Workshops, Seminars, Events).
Selection Process:
- Initial Screening: The campus administration will review all submitted Expressions of Interest.
- Consultation: Applicants whose proposals pass the preliminary stage will be invited for detailed discussions regarding lease terms, pricing, and scheduling.
- Final Decision: A final agreement will be reached based on the mutual benefit of both the campus and the interested party.
