Required Documents for BBS & BEd 1st Year Registration Form

Kakarvitta Multiple Campus requires submission of registration forms for BBS & BEd 1st Year. Forms must be submitted between Shrawan 19 and Shrawan 30, 2079 BS, as the deadline is strictly enforced. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances as per TU regulations.

Required Documents for Registration

• Photographs of two named relatives: 2 copies
• S.L.C/SEE certificate: Photocopy
• Form-99 Birth Registration: Photocopy
• Form-92 Birth Registration: Photocopy
• School Leaving Certificate: 9 copies
• Enrollment Photo Certificate: Mandatory document

All documents must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Ensure all required photocopies and photographs are prepared in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. No extensions will be granted beyond Shrawan 30, 2079 BS.
