Kakarvitta Multiple Campus reminds all students that, continuing its long-standing tradition of supporting the academic community, the institution has been awarding a significant number of scholarships to diligent, meritorious, and economically underprivileged students every year.
In line with this commitment, the campus officially invites eligible students currently enrolled in the academic year 2081 to submit their applications for the annual college scholarship scheme under the specified guidelines.
Terms, Criteria, and Required Documents
- Submission Desk: Applications must be registered at the Campus Accounts Section. The application form must mandatorily include the student’s College ID Number and the parent/guardian’s signature.
- Internal Academic Records: A copy of the mark sheet from the latest terminal internal examination conducted by the campus must be attached.
- University Academic Records: Students must submit the mark sheet of their most recent final examination conducted by Tribhuvan University (TU). For newly enrolled First-Year students, a copy of the Grade 12 (NEB) mark sheet is compulsory.
- Out-of-District Students: Priority will be extended to students who have migrated from outside Jhapa district, provided they attach an official permanent residency recommendation letter from their respective local government (Rural Municipality / Municipality / Sub-Metropolitan / Metropolitan City).
- Previous Scholarship Proof: If a student has previously been awarded financial aid or scholarships in prior classes or academic levels, submitting valid proof will serve as a foundational baseline for evaluation.
- Co-Curricular Achievements: Certificates of participation and accomplishments in sports, regional tournaments, or other extra-curricular activities will be highly considered as supplementary criteria.
Primary Selection Metrics
The final selection of scholarship recipients will be evaluated by the scholarship committee based on the following key parameters:
- Attendance and grading performance in college internal examinations.
- Academic results obtained in the preceding year’s TU board examinations.
- Regularity in daily class attendance.
- Financial background, economic hardships, and family income sources.
- Special individual talents (such as outstanding sportsmanship, arts, etc.).
