Kakarvitta Multiple Campus invites applications from interested individuals or firms for the rental of business shutter rooms. Currently, Shutter Rooms No. 3, 4, and 11 are available for commercial use under the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

1. Application: Interested parties must submit a formal application specifying the shutter room number they wish to rent.

2. Monthly Rent: The monthly rent is fixed at Rs. 4,500/- per shutter.

3. Advance Payment: A minimum advance of Rs. 50,000/- is required. Priority will be given to the applicant offering the highest advance amount above this minimum.

4. Security Deposit: A deposit of Rs. 5,000/- must be submitted with the application. For unsuccessful applicants, this amount will be refunded within 7 days of the quotation opening.

5. Agreement Forfeiture: If a successful applicant fails to sign the agreement, the initial Rs. 5,000/- deposit will be forfeited.

6. Finalizing Agreement: Successful applicants must pay the remaining balance of their proposed advance (after adjusting the initial Rs. 5,000/-) and sign the agreement within 7 days of the quotation opening.

7. Alternative Selection: If the first selected applicant fails to sign within 7 days, the opportunity will be offered to the second-highest bidder, and so on.

8. Lease Period: The current rent rate and agreement will remain valid for a period of 2 years.

9. Prohibited Items: The sale or distribution of alcohol and tobacco products is strictly prohibited within the campus shutters.

10. Deadline: Applications must be submitted to the Campus Administration during office hours by Friday, Mangsir 05, 2082.
