invites interested individuals and registered firms to submit sealed quotations for the rental of business shutter rooms located within the campus premises.
At present, Shutter Room No. 9 and No. 10
are available for approved commercial operation. Applicants are required to complete the necessary
registration process and formal documentation prior to submission, similar to structured online

This notice (Ref No: 42/2082-083) clearly outlines the terms, eligibility requirements, and procedural conditions for all interested parties.

Terms and Conditions for Rental:

1. Application:
   Interested parties must submit a formal written application specifying the shutter room number they intend to rent.

2. Monthly Rent:
   The monthly rent is fixed at Rs. 4,500 per shutter room.

3. Advance Payment:
   A minimum advance of Rs. 50,000 is required. Priority will be given to the applicant offering the highest advance amount above the minimum threshold.

4. Initial Deposit:
   An initial deposit of Rs. 5,000 must accompany the application. This amount will be refunded within 7 days to unsuccessful applicants.

5. Forfeiture:
   If a selected applicant fails to execute the rental agreement within the stipulated period, the initial Rs. 5,000 deposit shall be forfeited.

6. Contract Signing:
   Successful bidders must pay the remaining balance of the proposed advance and complete the contract signing process within 7 days from the date of quotation opening.

7. Alternative Selection:
   If the first selected bidder fails to comply within the required timeframe, the offer will be extended to the second-highest bidder.

8. Lease Duration:
   The rental rate and agreement shall remain valid for a contractual period of 2 years.

9. Prohibited Items:
   The sale or distribution of alcohol, tobacco, and related substances is strictly prohibited within the rented shutter rooms.

10. Deadline:
    Completed applications must be submitted to the Campus Administration during official office hours no later than
    Sunday, Phalgun 10, 2082.
