Invitation for Quotations: Rental of Commercial Shutter Rooms at Kakarvitta Multiple Campus

Kakarvitta Multiple Campus hereby invites interested individuals and firms to submit quotations for the rental of commercial shutter rooms. Among the campus-owned commercial spaces, Shutter Room No. 4 and Shutter Room No. 11 are currently vacant and available for lease under the following terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Application: Interested parties must submit a formal application/letter of intent specifying the shutter room number they wish to rent.

2. Monthly Rent: The monthly rent per shutter room is fixed at Rs. 4,500/-.

3. Advance Deposit: A minimum advance payment of Rs. 50,000/- is required. Priority will be given to the applicant offering the highest advance amount above this minimum threshold.

4. Initial Deposit: An initial deposit of Rs. 5,000/- must be submitted along with the application. This amount will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders within 7 days of the quotation opening.

5. Forfeiture: If a successful bidder fails to enter into an agreement, the initial deposit of Rs. 5,000/- will not be refunded.

6. Agreement Process: Successful bidders must pay the remaining balance of their pledged advance (adjusting the initial Rs. 5,000/-) and sign the lease agreement within 7 days of the quotation opening.

7. Secondary Bidders: If the first selected bidder fails to sign the agreement within 7 days, the opportunity will be offered to the second-highest bidder, and so on.

8. Lease Period: The current rent rate and lease agreement will remain valid for a period of 2 years.

9. Prohibited Items: Sale and distribution of alcohol, tobacco, and tobacco-related products are strictly prohibited within the campus-provided shutter rooms.

10. Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted to the Campus Administration during office hours no later than Friday, Bhadra 06, 2082.
