Kakarvitta Multiple Campus officially notifies all faculty members, administrative staff, and students that the campus will remain closed for two days in observance of consecutive public holidays. The holiday covers Bakra Eid (the festival of Islamic community members) and Republic Day (Ganatantra Diwas).
Holiday Schedule & Resumption Details
- Holiday Dates: Thursday, Jestha 14, 2083 and Friday, Jestha 15, 2083
- Campus Reopening Date: Monday, Jestha 18, 2083
- Operational Hours: From Monday onwards, all academic sessions and administrative functions will resume during their regular timings
Special Note Regarding Exam Forms (Administration Open)
As the examination forms for Bachelor’s First Year (Regular) and Bachelor’s Second Year (Partial) must be processed during this period, the campus administration sector will remain open during the holiday interval.
- Administration Timing: Morning 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily
- Purpose: Exam form registration for 1st Year (Regular) and 2nd Year (Partial) students
- Action Required: Concerned students are requested to visit the administrative desk within these specific morning hours to complete their form registration
