Kakarvitta Multiple Campus (KMC) hereby invites interested individuals or firms to submit quotations for the leasing of Shutter Room No. 10, currently available for commercial purposes within the campus premises.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Application: Interested parties must submit a formal application specifying the shutter room number.

2. Monthly Rent: The monthly rent is fixed at NPR 4,500/-.

3. Advance Deposit: A minimum advance payment of NPR 50,000/- is required. Priority will be given to the applicant offering the highest advance amount above the minimum requirement.

4. Initial Security Deposit: An initial deposit of NPR 5,000/- must be submitted with the application. For unsuccessful applicants, this amount will be refunded within 7 days of the quotation opening.

5. Forfeiture of Deposit: If a selected applicant fails to sign the agreement, the initial deposit of NPR 5,000/- will not be refunded.

6. Agreement Process: The successful bidder must deposit the remaining balance of the committed advance (after adjusting the initial NPR 5,000/-) and sign the formal agreement within 7 days of the quotation opening.

7. Alternate Selection: If the first selected party fails to sign the agreement within 7 days, the opportunity will be offered to the second-highest bidder or other parties in order.

8. Contract Duration: The current rent rate and agreement will be valid for a period of 2 years.

9. Restrictions: The sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products is strictly prohibited within the leased premises.

10. Submission Deadline: Applications must be submitted to the Campus Administration during office hours by Tuesday, Chaitra 17, 2082.
