Kakarvitta Multiple Campus officially informs all respected teachers, administrative staff, and students that the campus will remain closed for two days in observance of upcoming national and religious occasions.

Holiday Schedule & Campus Resumption

• Closure Dates: Jestha 14, 2083 (Thursday) and Jestha 15, 2083 (Friday).

• Occasions: The campus will be closed on Thursday on the auspicious occasion of the Islamic festival Bakra Eid, and on Friday in celebration of Republic Day.

• Campus Reopening: The institution will physically reopen and resume regular operational hours starting Jestha 18, 2083 (Monday).

🚨 Important Postscript (P.S.): Administrative Office Hours for Exam Forms

To ensure that students do not face unexpected delays regarding university deadlines, the campus administration sector will maintain limited operations during the holiday period.

• Daily Administrative Window: The administration office will remain open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM during the holidays.

• Exclusivity: This morning window is kept open strictly and exclusively for the submission and processing of examination forms for:

  1. Bachelor’s First Year (Regular) students.

  2. Bachelor’s Second Year (Partial) students.

Affected bachelor’s level students are highly urged to utilize this morning slot to finalize their examination documentation securely.
